I agree with you 1000%. It's horrible. So after 25-30 years with them I called it quits. For one the customer dis-service and two my internet bill went up to $90 a month (from $55) in Jan. I have T-Mobile for our cell phone and they offered a wireless device for $35 a month (with a price lock forever). We installed the command center several weeks ago and it works perfectly. I like the fact that it's wireless (no cable connection) so it can be located anywhere in the house whereas the Xfinity modem is locked to the cable location. Also if we lose power cable generally goes down as well. I have a whole house generator and once that's on I will also have the internet.
