You probably will not get the advertised life out of your roof; many insurance companies are not insuring houses with roofs over 10 years old. DO NOT fall for the assignments of Benefits scam. If your insurance company drops you you can look around for another company (higher rates) or you can bite the bullet and put on a new roof.
INSURAANCE DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR on a roof, this is your cost, and if you get "free" roof it becomes all of OUR COSTS.
