Does the solar company contract require the company to repair a roof leak, how long does this coverage apply, and does it cover leaks located under the panels even if the leak was not caused by the solar installation? Personally, I don't think a roofer would be prepared to repair a leak located under a solar panel. This could become a major problem for a homeowner.
