I'm considering a move to TV. I've never lived in an HOA and have heard several horror stories about them. It;s kinda scary.
Point is, I'm retired and I do small engine repair out of my home garage for friends and neighbors as a cottage industry at my current location. It adds a couple of extra bucks to supplement my paltry cop pension.
Question: How would that be received in TV?
It's not a high volume operation and all testing of the equipment is simply completing my own yard maintenance. In other words, if I need to test run a string trimmer, I trim my sidewalk. Nothing extra than what would normally be associated with my own landscaping.
