By the way, we don't have an HOA here. But we have some rules, and one is no business can be run from your home. Being a retired cop I am sure you believe rules are meant to be followed. You could have a business where you offer to go to other person's homes to fix their mowers at their home, not yours.

That wouldn't work for me. I offer free pickup and delivery but I need to do all the work in my own garage or I can't concentrate properly.
