Yes they are entitled to make a profit. But my understanding of the first post might be different than yours. I read that to say that Redsauce, who may be charging maybe $22 for that 7-10 bottle you mentioned, will very soon be charging $32 for that same bottle. If I am correct then I hope they do not look for me to buy wine next time we dine there. If I have it wrong then my apologies.
