Default Roofing costs (comparison)
I had a roof done at my Hot Springs Village Arkansas home in June, 2024 due to a hailstorm.

Main house and dock, total 60 squares, 25 year Atlas dimensional Shingles total cost $26,000.

Posted to allow for comparison in another part of the country where storms caused a huge roofing replacement business.

Note: This seems to be similar cost per square to Crash's post #17.
