You are correct based on the photo. But note that the jars are different sizes. Placed vs thrown has nothing to do with the size of the olives. The olives that I viewed in Publix were exactly the same size and the jars had the same capacity. They just had different shaped jars. You pay extra for placed vs thrown olives. The size of the olives is not a factor. Obviously, smaller olives will cost less than larger ones. I am willing to pay more for larger olives, but not for placed vs thrown olives.
