Question Lawn care, insect control
We are seriously considering buying a villa and will probably try to rent it out. We have a pretty good handle on mosts of the costs to owning a place in The Villages. But we would like to get a handle on the monthly cost for insect and termite control as well as landscape maintenance (lawn mowing, tree and shrub trimming, weeding etc.). Also would be looking for someone to maintain the irrigations system. If anyone has some info on this and has some recomendations for service it would be appreciated.
