They have helped a lot with my 224 613 Project to empower survivors/victims of crimes with access to the most practical information. Some of the people I have been trying to help would be sex workers. I tried to create an international dialog about these needs by writing prominent scholars around the world back around 1992 about what they would like to see in libraries of all kinds for survivors/victims. I did not start using 613 until the end of 1992. My number in a 17 week or so study on stress on the unemployed at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Campus. 224 is my birthday and the day that Michelle Mitchell was murdered near the U of Nevada, Reno campus. She was the daughter of my Earl Wooster High School remedial English teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell. The Mitchell family had given me and another boy a very small Memorial Scholarship in the name of Michelle.
