I am sure that most if not all of the typical lanai enclosure companies have come across a project requiring block and stucco work. We used FullView and they had a stucco person come out to repair some stucco after the removal of the old screening and frame and the installation of the new frame.
I would call any installers you are looking at and ask them if they have subcontractors for this work. In general, the wall work has to be engineered (signed drawings) so this would almost have to be part of the overall project. (I have some firsthand experience with investigating a very similar project.)
