I did a google search, LOL
To move photos from Google Photos to a PC, you can use Google Takeout to export your photos. You can export your entire library or selected albums. [1]
To export photos using Google Takeout: [1, 2, 3]

1. Go to takeout.google.com
2. Log in to your Google Account
3. Select Google Photos
4. Choose the file type and size
5. Click Create export
6. After the export is complete, you will receive a link to download your photos

To download individual photos or videos: [4]

1. Go to photos.google.com on your computer
2. Select a photo or video
3. Click More
4. Click Download

To select multiple photos: [5]

1. Hold down the Shift key
2. Hover over a thumbnail
3. When the thumbnails turn blue, click

Google Takeout is Google's service for exporting data from Google services. It's an official way to get your media in a downloadable format. [6]
