Actually less than in previous years.
2023= 3,029 New Home Sales
2024= 3,208 New Home Sales
Previously
2022= 3,923 New Home Sales
2021= 4,004 New Home Sales
So yes, they are scaling back by selling less homes. Demand has dropped off some. That’s OK though, labor is tightening further.
