Default I have the Pegasus system and like it

I, and several of my neighbors, have the Pegasus System. It softens and filters. I worked with the Sales Mgr. Larry McCullough 352-217-3841. He came to the house, explained the system and provided a packet of information that had photos of the process. I'll do my best here to be helpful but I would have someone come out, it's free. There is a multi media tank. This is where the filtration happens. There is a tank for the potassium chloride. Every x amount of gallons of water used or days, the brine tank with the potassium chloride creates the brine and regenerates the media tank. (cleans the media). Once a year, you have them do a maintance for 109.00. They change o rings and run it etc. I have the Kinetico RO system in my home up north. Very nice system, It was pretty expensive. I'm just as happy with this Pegasus system. The water quality is great. No smells or off tastes... The multi stage filters in the Kinetico system need changed periodically. We do it ourselves but they are pretty expensive. The pegasus system seems more economical once installed.
