My wife’s loves to takes baths and would never own a house without a bathtub.
I prefer showers generally, because it’s quicker, but soaking in a tub is nice every now and then.
My wife and I are only 68 so getting in and out of tubs is trivial physically. But I can see how when we get much older and more frail that could a factor.
