The across the board 3% sale was over 31 Dec 09, but they are trying to move a few properties in 3-4 villages and therefore offering it on those select properties. There is a link to that site on a recent posting by one of the MLS realtors that advertises on this site, his name escapes me now, but look for posts in the last 24 hours.
