All sealers are not created equal, there are both water based and solvent based types. once you have this information this could be as easy as applying painters tape and paper to protect areas outside of the mural and using a brush, roller, or sprayer to apply the sealer. NOTE: be very careful of the humidity especially if this is on an outside wall as you could actually seal the humidity inside the sealer causing it to become cloudy. One of the local house painters may be able to help but I do not have any recommendations as I tend to do my own work.

Thanks for getting back to me. Apparently the wall was painted years ago and may have been sealed previously. We recently moved in and love the wall and want to preserve it. Any more advice? Thanks
