Certainly looks like it. Not nearly the destruction that we've been told to expect from a lithium battery fire.
Fire took out the driver's side of the cart but not the passenger's side. I don't see any melted connector where the charging cable would plug in or any signs of a power cable running to the cart.
I wonder what that fan-looking thing near the battery is - could it be some sort of accessory that failed and burned? My cart has an empty space there, nothing at all to burn. Perhaps this cart had an inboard charger (mine is outside the cart) and it was the charger that caught fire and not the lithium battery?
