not going with them, looking at several others, but they are all high risk with a large widespread event. They might be able to provide 10% of expected, so most if not all companies will be a crap shoot at this point in time.

Best answer is to save up a bunch of money to be able to fix the repairs yourself, and hope you don't get by lightning at the same time. Better yet, with home insurance so unpredictable, lightning rods might just be the best insurance against the biggest isolated event here in FL

and then save up enough for a new roof to pay yourself, without waiting for insurance.
