I don't have any numbers, but my gestalt is that COSTCO will generate more traffic than the schools did. Plus, the school traffic was essential high at drop off and pick up times, but COSTCO will be all day long---kids had a "turnover" time of 6-7 hours in class, while turnover at COSTCO is probably about 1 hour. But it would be much worse if both were there. Of course, we don't know the future plans for the school site.
