Also, keep in mind you could find the perfect lot near Eastport but with the system used to buy newly released lots or homes you might not get any of them because of how high the demand is for every view lot/home released. At least 30-40 people will be trying for the same lot/home as you. It’s a very frustrating system. I think it’s much easier to buy an older home here, but you’ll likely need to do extensive remodeling before moving in to accommodate your wife’s situation.

I agree in 2004 our parents floor plan, had been renamed 3 times. Then finally deleted around 2016. Even with the “Don’t Buy South NO Shopping”fear that some preach.
Every view lot south of 44 has 30 plus names hoping Christmas came early. On our 15th try we got the screenshot text we were first, for a lot. I actually called our rep to make sure it wasn’t a mistake.
