I paid the business Shutter Professionals $2200 (a 50% deposit) almost 4 months ago for plantation shutters. They cancelled two installation dates with a different excuse each time. No one ever answers the phone or calls me back. They won't refund my money. They will only text me to cancel install dates, delay, or give excuses for the delay. At this point, I'm wondering if I've been scammed...Has anyone here hired them or had a similar experience?
