I left several phone messages beginning early Sunday morning and submitted an online request. They didn't return my calls until Monday morning (so much for 24/7). Then they told me they don't do leak detection and gave me a number for someone who does. I was told to call them back to schedule repairs after the source of the leak was found. When I did that later that day, Village Plumber told me they wouldn't be able to come out to my house for another week to actually fix the active leak.
Needless to say, I went with another plumber to fix my leak and I won't be calling on Village Plumber in the future.

LOL. Who wants a plumber who will take a week to come to your house to fix a leak?
A poster on another thread said that he was told that they couldn't provide the cost of a service call until they actually come to the house. A plumber should be able to tell you exactly what they will charge to visit your house to look at an issue.
