Yamaha, Club Car and EZGO are not easily speed adjusted...You will need to put larger diameter wheels on them to increase speed from 19.5 mph. EZGO sets their 19.5 mph speed using 8 inch wheels. If you opt for the 10 inch wheels it will speed up to about 22 mph.
