Time to consider planting editable produce on our lawns. Offer the complainers a bushel of veggies. Would love to see reaction to that. Oh and noise pollution from wind chimes or nighttime barking dogs.
What ever happen to asking the neighbor to shut them off at say.9 pm. So many other things to be concerned about in this day and time.Enjoy the pretty color. Know around here most pay no attention to rules. Sad state of affairs.
