What ever happen to asking the neighbor to shut them off at say.9 pm. So many other things to be concerned about in this day and time.Enjoy the pretty color. Know around here most pay no attention to rules. Sad state of affairs.
I agree. Wind chimes and barking dogs are noise pollution. Lights are not.
