I was talking about the problem of Doctors losing their status of being in charge of medicine in the US (which is probably NOT happening in other countries). I don't believe that over- regulation or even under-regulation played ANY PART. Doctors got their profession taken over by large corporations of PRIVATE INSURERS like Medicare Advantage. Some Doctors did stay independent, but many joined conglomerates. Many people in their 60s that are NOT Medicare eligible have used ACA successfully.
