However until the deed restrictions that you and every resident signed are changed to your satisfaction. Or when you have dinner at developers table to voice your concerns demanding changes.
It the age old statement, if one isn’t happy with the definition of rules, wait for a change, make the change, or live with it. So maybe you can approach the developer to make specific changes to your benefit
It’s pretty common some are unhappy with the life choices of others. But isn’t that why many choose to live in US, life choices are still a freedom….. for some.
