In looking at resale manufactured homes I see many that proudly announce that the "gray pipes" have been replaced.
Other than the obvious dreary color, what is wrong with gray pipes? Why should they be replaced and by what? If they must be replaced how much would it cost to replace them? Sorry for my plumbing ignorance!
