Yes, they do. So, the point is to address the sickness in society rather than the weapon of choice. Or, these actions will never decrease.
And, limiting law-abiding citizens from owning adequate tools to protect themselves doesn't solve anything and makes matters worse.
(Btw, many of these school shootings are not organic events but, if I posted many interesting links related to that, I think my post would be removed. I encourage all to utilize the amazing information tool of the internet.)
