if you say so, but all industries and companies having EMRS, or electronic database systems with specs and tasks, such as JIRA, and SAP, oracle, etc, inventory management systems, transportation logistics systems, but you are insisting that having EMRS or digital databases is somehow bad and shouldn't have been done,
EMRs is just an operational database customized for the healthcare industry. Yes, they are expensive and was a huge one time increase, and bigger maintenance fee, but since the government required it to force the industry to modernize and the government is now making the hospitals more efficient in many ways, you are saying that the government is the sole cause of increased healthcare costs at the expense of paper records and no standardization. .
