This is my favorite because it forced me to prove if Jesus is the Messiah or not (He is). Of course, there is no "three days and three nights" between a Friday crucifixion and a Sunday resurrection. That means that Good Friday / Easter Sunday is fraudulent - didn't happen that way. That made me consider that the death / resurrection of Jesus was also fraudulent. This forced me into a deep study on how to reconcile the obvious discrepancy and find out what is true.
The result is amazing. Jesus absolutely was in the grave 3 days and 3 nights. It is crystal clear from just reading the scriptures and believing what it says. He died on a Wednesday just before sunset and was resurrected on a Saturday at the same time. Happy to share that study with anyone who asks (just a PDF file). Not going to post that here.
That's why this is my favorite scripture - it increased my faith in the Savior and my belief in the Bible.
