Courtyard Villa owners - how much $ to change back courtyard
Hello, this is a question for those you that own Courtyard Villas.
Seems simple enough to add birdcage, or add to existing lanai. So many different plans with CYV.
But from your experience as a CYV owner what are you thoughts and experiences on modifying your backyard?
Just asking for info and guestimate on how much it would cost (and community pushback) for simple addition of birdcage, small cement foundation for hot tub, etc.
I think the high turn over rate after one buys property at TV is because there was not sufficient info on what could be done to your property after you purchase it. I wish to avoid that nonsense.
