I agree with above post. They show you pictures and make you think it will increase CFM or help with allergens. I have installed or repaired many HVAC systems in my past, never came across one even close to the pics they show. Pick up a endoscope/borescope for 50 bucks and take a look yourself or have them show you your pipes.
I know 1000 isn't all that much, but if you are giving it away, then go ahead and change the air in your tires with fresher air. I can do that for 500.
