I gave myself a thorough cleaning and noticed results within a day. I cleansed the inside of my nose once a week until I had no solution packets remaining. It worked wonders for me. Yes, do this. Been to way too many doctors over the years. The last sinus doctor and most recent (in Ohio) I went to suggest the saline rinse in the nose along with the Flonase, etc. I use the NeilMed bottle during the allergy season and more if needed. Over the years I have had the rotor rooter surgery stuff to remove the polyps, etc. Her advice was to keep the water flowing and flushing was on point. I told her I was apprehensive about this but she was right.
