Let’s face it, golf carts are made to be driven at 13 mph on golf courses not at 20-25 mph on streets and through tunnels. Golf cart accidents in The Villages are frequent and at times, deadly.

Who determines that golf carts are unstable or are made to be driven 13 mph on golf courses? Sure, many are but I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that in the Villages more miles are driven OFF the courses.
