Default North vs. South Considerations

Seeing many of these North vs. South arguments, I'd suggest others keep in mind what I've been seeing after being here just a couple months in the Eastport area:

-Everything seems prettier/more developed further up North (trees/landscaping, etc.)
-Northern Villages flow well together as the developer bought a chunk of land vs. down South where they're building around existing town it seems like
-Eventually with Middleton and Eastport built out it could become a much cooler part of town down here but it feels like it could be years before they feel as 'finished' as Brownwood does
-It gets old being 20-30 mins away from anything you need, as you'll find everything from dry cleaners to acupuncturists much closer to the North and almost none of that by us
-South is much closer to Orlando

At the end just different and in different stages. Making the North vs. South comparison will make more sense in a few years.
