I found the dimmest (for a full-size) LED bulb I could find (lowest Watt equivalent). And WARM WHITE 2700k (Kelvin), so it doesn't sting your eyes to look at it.
Most of my nearby neighbors have replaced their bulbs in the past few years. One about 5 doors down is so BRIGHT-WHITE it could be used for the entire neighborhood.
Not good - destroys my night vision when I just take a quick look out at night.

Agree. Bulbs used to be just bulbs. Now with LED bulbs people need to be aware of all the different varieties, soft white, natural light, etc. In my opinion, using the bright natural light LED's in outdoor lighting looks bad compared to the soft white bulbs that give a warm glow and are not blinding.
