Add to that the normal beurocratic pyramid of management and fluff department heads and assistants plus expenses and there would/could be costs of more than double the expense of the clerks.

And where are the business geniuses in the government that have sufficient knowledge to make it happen....COST EFFECTIVELY? They do not exist.

Most of the politicians (including Obama) that are racing this forced legislation to law will not be around when the feces hits the oscillator!!!!
