I really doubt if the inside of the garage would get to the point of freezing a pipe. During the day the outside temps have been 2 to 15 degress above 32 for the past 11 days (A couple of days had temps near/above 50. The garage temp will hold into the night a little and the temp only stays below 32 for X number of hours before warming up again.

In short - i think it would be rare to have any faucet issues in TV from the cold. I have some outside faucets here in MA that don't freeze even when I forget to shut them off or let them do a slow drip. And we haven't been above freezing even during the day for the past 11 days or so.
