Default Jimmy T’s NY Deli

If you find yourself near Hernando, FL, check out Jimmy T’s New York deli at 910 E. Norvell Bryant Highway, Hernando, FL. It is a small place in a strip mall that serves breakfast and lunch. I had Jimmy T’s special which was roast beef, provolone, and a pesto sauce on a pressed roll. My wife had the Citrus Hill Combo which had roast beef, pastrami, provolone, and olive spread on a roll. Both sandwiches were tasty and had plenty of meat. Not as much as what The Carnegie deli in NYC used to serve but still very respectable. The 8-9 tables and the seats at the counter were all full. About a 50 minute drive from Osceola Hills - worth a road trip if you have the interest.
