Between hot summer weather, drought, and (apparently) permanent watering restrictions, any service which guarantees to keep your yard "green" is either taking you to the cleaners or outright lying. It is a matter of expectations, mostly green would be about right with good, regular watering, good lawn feeding, and good weed control (although weeds can be green too).

Weed Free - not gonna happen in Florida. Good weed control is certainly achievable but not "weed free". Look at the yard services in operation. They really don't (and I wouldn't expect them to either) clean their equipment after cutting each yard to they "track" stuff from other yards into yours - weeds, cinch bugs, other pests - so you are never "free" of those, you can keep them well under control though.

Lots of excellent services around TV but (unfortunately) lots of ripoffs also. Exercise your due diligence, talk to neighbors who are happy and get their recommendations, avoid paying upfront, and yes, use this forum. If you set reasonable expectations, they will be met eventually. Set unreasonable expectations (like "weed free") and you will be in for a series of disappointments.
