Hacienda has always been a discount course, with greens fees falling between Orange Blossom and every other course, even before the clubhouse, restaurant, pool, tennis courts, etc… we’re all torn down and replaced with Villas. Apparently, the course owner is banking on golfers having a short memory of what transpired at that site, as well as the fact that it’s the only Championship course north of 44 without a clubhouse and restaurant.

Should have never been allowed to build more housing in already built out over crowed area sold to district years go. They threaten to build parking garage, so! better than over crowding the area even more. But, what the developers want they get
