I would. I'm the one who did business with them and have far more information about what transpired than someone who wasn't remotely involved.
It doesn't pay to be naive. There are shady tactics used
everywhere...incl in the medical arena, btw. Just had a general appt with a new Doc yesterday and in the course of it she tried to sell me on something I didn't need.
I stopped short of asking her if she gets a $$ bonus if I do it. It would have been just to see her face, I already know the answer to that question.
