Currently it’s a buyers market in The Villages. That is true but still there are many houses over priced and sellers attempting to get twice what they paid for it two or three years ago. Occasionally a buyer will come along with a satchel full of money and offer very close to the asking price because they can and the property is very close to what they want. It’s an interesting real estate market (a relative new buyers market) in The Villages but overall a better market here for the buyer and seller than you will find elsewhere because it’s still The Villages and it’s still a wonderful place to retire and live.
