We'll be down in a week to look at lots, new houses and pre-owned but won't be moving for a couple of years... For those full-timers and long term residents - What is your opinion on where they will be building neighborhoods next? It seems that right now they are moving to building on the west side above Odell Circle. We'd prefer to be more centrally located even if it's a bit further south (we're hoping the new square will have a good dance spot!

Will they continue to build north of Odell till the west portion is more or less full? or will they do some more building down by St. Charles soonish?
Should we wait a bit longer (I'm getting itchy!)
