Are you sure? Post No. 33 says that Districts 13, 14, and 15 prohibit wind chimes that are used as lawn ornaments, but this is pretty much worthless because it does not prevent someone from hanging a wind chime under an eave or in a screened lanai. Can you post a link for any rule that specifically prohibits wind chimes?
