Default Learn about Florida hurricanes
Retired Air Force meteorologist John Shewchuk, will talk about Atlantic and Florida hurricanes. Discover past hurricanes which affected the Villages, and why hurricane activity is slowly decreasing. Learn about the hazards Villagers face and why central Florida is much safer than coastal living.

We will meet Monday, June 16, 2025 @ 1:00 PM at the Everglades Rec Center.
