There are not a lot of two-lane golf cart paths, MMPs, or diamond lanes here in the Villages. Or did you mean that there are single-lane sections of the autobahn where cars are required to pull of the shoulder and stop to allow those driving 200mph to pass?
To me, 19mph is not too slow in a cart since the cart is only supposed to be capable of 20mph max. Sure, I would be frustrated that I couldn't just hold my foot to the floor but that's the way it is on a shared path.
