The only best answer is to bring them, but then adapt to your neighbors. You can't change TV, and to try to change TV would be even more unappreciated. However, you might find neighbors who are deaf, or you might find the chimes broken after a big thunderstorm.

One scenario is that all the neighborhood is full of snow birds, so in the summer time, you can put them out when not alot of people are around.. . . So you might get the ocassional usage.
